Project Haiti: "Building the future"
Real Madrid President Florentinto Perez was joined by Haitian ambassador to Spain, Her Excellency, Ms. Yolette Azor-Charles and ‘Acoger and Compartir’ NGO President Jose Miguel de Haro, to present Project Haiti: “Building the future”. Also on hand were members of the first team, Raul, Casillas and Sergio Ramos. Through the assistance of the Real Madrid Foundation and ‘Acoger and Compartir’, Real Madrid C.F. will finance the reconstruction of the St. Gerard School in the Carrefour-Feuilles neighborhood of Port-au-Prince and build a social and football academy where children will receive the proper nutrition and healthcare.
