Lampard and Terry out of England qualifiers

LONDON, Aug 28 (Reuters) – England manager Fabio Capello will be without Chelsea duo Frank Lampard and John Terry for the Euro 2012 qualifiers against Bulgaria and Switzerland after both were injured in their team’s win against Stoke City on Saturday.
