City and Chelsea head queue to sign Tevez
Manchester City and Chelsea are the favourites to sign Carlos Tevez after he decide against signing a lucrative new deal at Manchester United because he ”wasn’t the most wanted person” at Old Trafford, according to his advisor Kia Joorabchian.
